CEVA Special Recognition Award – for Animal Welfare 2013

Marc Abraham was presented with a special recognition award to recognise his work in campaigning against puppy farming and for a better start in life for many puppies.

Special Recognition Award – Petplan Vet Awards 2007

Marc Abraham was thrilled to win the people’s vote at this year’s fiercely contested Vet Oscars.
The public voted for Marc to scoop the Petplan Special Recognition Award at the 8th Petplan Vet Awards 2007 for his work on C4’s Paul O’Grady Show and It’s Me or the Dog.
He beat other TV vets such as veteran Bruce Fogle and Scandinavian Trude Mostue for the title of Britain’s favourite celebrity vet.
The Special Recognition Award was the only award that invited animal lovers to vote for the vet they felt was the most deserving and had gone that extra mile.

Overall winner – National Pet Month Awards 2006

Marc was the overall winner at 2006 National Pet Month Awards for organising the first ever Sussex PETS Awards – a fun competition inviting thousands of pet-owners to nominate their pets and favourite pet-related businesses across a huge range of categories; also raising hundreds of pounds for local animal charities.

The 2006 Responsible Business Award – Brighton and Hove Business Awards

Marc was awarded the 2006 Responsible Business Award for the voluntary work undertaken by the Priory Emergency Treatment Service (PETS) promoting responsible pet-ownership and animal welfare to local, national and international pet-owning communities.
