To celebrate the homecoming of one of Brighton Seafront’s best-loved pooches - Bella - after she was stolen a few weeks ago, owner Julie-Anne Gilbert is throwing a party for dog-lovers.
But not just any old party - this is a party where owners sip champagne and dogs can get microchipped - and for only £10 too!!
