Today the ‘Right Honorable Marc the Vet!!’ is once again attending Parliament to meet MPs and discuss UK dog-microchipping laws.
I’ll be joined by representatives of the Speaking Out For Animals (SOFA) group of schoolgirls from Thorpe House School in Norwich, as well as prominent members of the canine-influencing human world.
