Remembrance Sunday Service for Animals in War: 10.30am, 10th November, London

My dear friend, Senior Anglican cleric Pastor James Thompson from North Wales, known to so many as ‘The Animals Padre’ is determined that the animals are remembered in the Nation’s 2 minutes silence on Sunday at the same time as are the humans, at their very own memorial in London.

The annual Act of Remembrance For Animals In War takes place as usual at The Animals War Memorial, Brook Gate, off Park Lane, London (The nearest Tube Station being Marble Arch).

Pastor James will give a short address and says “The event will include the ‘forgotten animal conscripts of war’ in our nation’s 2 minutes silence.

“Any who wish to lay flowers or wreaths are most welcome to do so; as well as also to have them blest! Everyone is Most Welcome!”

I really hope you can make it along and join Pastor James remembering and honouring the animals that sacrificed their lives for our freedom.

They didn’t volunteer – they had no choice.

  1. JUST THINK ITS WONDERFUL TO REMEMBER THE ANIMALS THAT HAVE DIED IN WARS, HAVE BEEN IN WARS AND WILL BE IN WARS. THEY HAVE NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER BUT AS ALWAYS ARE SO LOYAL AND GIVING AND ARE BESIDE YOU. AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY MATTER GREATLY AND MUST ALWAYS BE HELD IN HIGH REGARD!
