Long Term Foster Home Required for Charlie

Oldies Club are searching for a permanent foster home for Charlie (below) – a 10 year old Collie x Lab who sadly has recently been diagnosed having CDRM.
Coupled with some other health issues it has been decided Charlie is not fit enough to rehome so Oldies Club are desperately looking for a home where he can live out the rest of his days.
