Microchipping Day: 6th June, Norwich

[ June 6, 2009; ] To celebrate June’s National Microchipping Month, SOFA (Speaking Out for Animals) are hosting a microchipping day in Norwich supported by the Kennel Club.

The event will take place inside at the Giant Pet Store, Twickenham Road where there is ample parking. The public are invited to bring their unchipped pets to be microchipped for only £10 [...]

Macmillan Dog Day: 30th June 2009

[ June 30, 2009; ] Macmillan Cancer Support’s Dog Day is possibly the canine social event of the year, taking place on Tuesday 30th June 2009 in the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea in London. Fun Dog Show: In Aid of Sussex Lowland Search Dogs

School Visit: Drayton Park School, London N5

[ May 13, 2009; ] Looking forward to meeting ‘Sun’ and ‘Moon’ reception classes at Drayton Park School and chatting about how to look after animals properly, why dog fighting is bad and there’s even a group visit to local Freightliners Farm planned too.

I’ve also been told that they’ve even set up veterinary surgeries in their classrooms as well!
