Norwich’s Thorpe House School-group Speaking Out For Animals (SOFA) – of which I am the proudest patron – have just launched their brand new funky website.
The 100+ team of passionate animal-loving young students are campaigning for all dogs to be microchipped in the UK in order to greatly reduce the numbers of lost, stolen or strayed British pooches.
Their phenomenal energy, creativity and ambition has already twice taken them deep into the intimidating House of Commons to face MPs and leading members of the pet world, armed with a 7000+signature petition, and have already achieved an incredible result with an early Day Motion being drawn up!

Was also great to see some of the SOFA girls and teachers at Crufts last weekend getting even more signatures and spreading the word. Well done guys – you truly are the future of responsible pet-ownership in the UK.
